Complete core and shell restoration of Lower Manhattan’s oldest surviving pier. Three-phase $37M project involving underwater structural reinforcement, geothermal array installation, and meticulous preservation of historic finishes and structural systems.
$38M adaptive reuse of a 120-year-old Bronx residence hall into the Gabelli School of Business. Complete structural replacement and exterior restoration of 50,000 sq ft of historic stonework, executed without interrupting active campus operations.
Meticulous conservation of one of America’s most significant gilded-age interiors. De-layering original Herter Brothers finishes, stabilizing water-damaged plasterwork, and integrating acoustic upgrades and production lighting within historic fabric.
